What is hirers all about?
In a nutshell, hirers is all about “finding extraordinary talents for businesses”. We skillfully bridge resource gaps of organizations that range from startups to small medium enterprises to corporate giants. We also believe in and strive to “sculpt career path to millions of individuals”.
Why hirers exist?
Hirers existence is a promise to the business world to obtain best fit people who can elevate the organization to next level.
How did you come up with this idea?
When the co-founders of hirers were working in their previous organizations as business head and hiring manager, they found scarcity in recruitment agencies equipped with - domain expertise, trained resources, operational efficiency and business acumen. Inspite of working with a number of human resource consultants, they found it highly challenging to hire result-oriented people on-time. Getting qualified, quality candidates in a time bound manner was always remained a question mark and a hard task.
After studying the Indian recruitment market in-depth and handling, analyzing and reviewing handful of recruitment consultants for a longer period, they understood that the extremely crowded industry such as Recruitment is tremendously lacking organized players. Being the ones who intensely believe in the idea of honoring commitment towards clients, the co-founders of Hirers foreseen a huge opportunity in the billion dollar recruitment industry and started Hirers in December 2010.
Tell us about the name – Hirers
It’s an interesting story, way back in 2010, when we were flaming with the idea of starting up, we wanted a catchy name for our company with these conditions: - the name should be unique, the name should explain itself, the name should sound international, the name should be simple and memorable. The co-founders came up with around 700+ names but nothing excited them until they accidentally stumbled on the name ‘hirers’.
The name Hirers symbolizes our passionate and dynamic team of hirers/recruiters who love what they do – and that is Hiring!
Who are some of the other players in this space? How are you different?
Randstad, Adecco and Manpower are some of the leading players in the organized recruiting space. They are conglomerates of recruitment sphere and they are global recruitment agencies meaning they are multinational companies primarily focus on servicing corporate customers.
We trust being able to service all types of customers (startups, small medium enterprises and corporate) is our advantage as an organized player. Through domain focused recruitment consulting, we tap cream of business from customers who like to engage niche recruiters for headhunting/hiring industry specialists. Our forte is we treat each of our client as a premium client and we believe in offering tailor made recruitment solutions to every single business by working hand-in-hand with our customers due to which not only the established firms, even early stage startups love to work with us.
How have you been funded till date?
We are self-funded so far.

Venturing into the crowded recruitment niche as a 2 member company using coffee shops as working space in 2010 to till date having a registered operating office with employees spinning PAN India operations, we really have come a long way and consider every day an opportunity to grow a bit more closer to our greater vision. Our dream is to establish Hirers as number one Recruitment services provider in the Global business community.
